    Mы так рады, что выбрали именно этот отель, номер у нас был Делюкс.
    Итак: расположение прекрасное: несмотря на близость с центром - тихая улочка, рядом выгодный обмен валют и хороший магазин
    Персонал: вежливый, приветливый, всегда готовый помочь.
    Номер: как нам рассказали, год назад в гостинице был капитальный ремонт, поэтому у нас вообще было ощущение, что мы чуть ли не первые посетители. Замечательная новая мебель, сантехника, чистота.
    + бесплатный wi-fi
    + бесплатное посещение сауны.
    Недостаток один: небольшой выбор на завтрак, но выбор был!
    Я много путешествую, этот номер лишь чуть уступает 5* в Венеции, только цена в Европе за такой номер составляет 475 евро.

    That was my first business trip in Yerevan and I was greatly surprised.
    For the first I would like to introduce the Hotel and the room where I stayed. The Hotel is very near to the city center. The most friendly stuff I had ever seen. The room is fully equipped, clean, free WI-FI internet, in each floor and room, cable TV, very convenient bathroom, air conditioning system is working perfectly. My room where I stayed at was with Ararat view and I enjoyed it greatly.
    Very nice full buffet breakfast, especially I like their omelet and orange juice !!!!!

    Thank you for your excellent work.
    I will definitely choose this hostel again and again

    We stayed at the Bass hotel for one week and are very satisfied with the services. We had some difficulties with Wi-Fi Internet and the reception explained that the problem was with internet provider, and it was solved in 2 days.

    The rooms are very comfortable and clean. We had a marvelous view of the Mount Ararat from our balcony. This was unforgettable memory for me and my wife.
